My Own Journey
I didn’t choose this work. It chose me — when my life completely unraveled at 19. After years of depression, eating disorders, and body shame, I had my first spiritual awakening.
Since then, I’ve spent 35+ years in intense healing and spiritual exploration — training with extraordinary healers and diving into both ancient and modern modalities.
