Whenever it happens, just say “Thank you” out loud (or in your mind).

Don’t worry whether you know for SURE if something is “unusual”, or not. It’s totally ok to grope and reach for far-fetched associations that may not be there at all. In fact, I ENCOURAGE it!

That’s because this exercise is solely designed to help strengthen your ability to turn toward, and focus upon, the more intuitive side of life…

Over time your brain will actually rewire, and those “Thank you” moments will pick up in number — maybe even becoming more and more “I can’t believe that just happened!” kind of scenarios…
